C.D.B. Massage and Wellness is proud to be a part of the SW Therapy & Rehab network to provide bodywork/massage services to veterans. We are certified providers to work with Veterans through SW Therapy and Rehab (via Tri West).  Veterans can get massage therapy sessions through the VA Community Care Network. They can get visits authorized through their provider for chronic pain (neck, shoulders, back, etc). at no charge to the veteran. They can receive up to 12 visits per authorization. 1. GO TO YOUR PROVIDER AT THE VA

2. Have your provider submit a referral for you to have Massage Therapy with Community Care Network (CCN). Some may require you to have some imagery done first.

3. When CCN calls you, tell them you have a preferred location with SW THERAPY & REHAB.

4. It can take about 2-4 weeks to get set up. Once we get your referral notification, we will call you to schedule your first visit.

5. You can also call the community care network in TX and see where your auth is in the process.
