Booking, Hours & Cancellation Policy
Booking An Appointment:
 
Our sessions are By Appointment Only. 
Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.
 
 
 
 
 
Our cancellation policy is simple: 
 

**24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling  an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be required to pay for the missed appointment before you can schedule your next appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and you will be required to pay for the missed appointment before you can schedule your next appointment.
 
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late (15+ minutes) and have not communicated with your therapist, we reserve the right to mark your appointment as a No Show and accept another appointment (if possible).  If you are able to receive a session your time will be shortened so the next client will not be affected. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.  We reserve the right to enforce the No Show/Cancellation policy.
