Booking An Appointment:
Our hours are By Appointment Only.
Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.
Online booking is available and we will be working out the kinks over the next few weeks, so please bare with us during this transition. Appointments must be booked before 24 hrs of the time you are looking for.
Since clients availability is so diverse, it's not feasible to leave my schedule open 5am-10pm daily. (These are valid request times.) When you would like availability in the future let me know several days before or a little more than 24hrs and I will open the block of time you requested so you may book it before someone else.
Our cancellation policy is simple:
Online booking requires a credit card to book your appointment. This policy applies to appointments canceled without 24 hours notice; No show; Late Arrivals (without communication with therapist i.e. text or call)
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be required to pay for the missed appointment before you can schedule your next appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and you will be required to pay for the missed appointment before you can schedule your next appointment.
If you arrive late (15+ minutes) and have not communicated with your therapist, we reserve the right to mark your appointment as a No Show and accept another appointment (if possible). If you are able to receive a session your time will be shortened so the next client will not be affected. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. We reserve the right to enforce the No Show/Cancellation policy.
